FLAME DESIGN SYSTEM

I have played an active role as a member of the team responsible for Flame, Banco Santander's design system. Together with my teammates, we have been leading the development and maintenance of components and libraries, as well as creating detailed documentation.
My primary focus is on ensuring the components are usable and accessible, and I use these principles as a fundamental guide. In addition, I am responsible for facilitating effective collaboration between internal teams, consumers, and external partners.
This is crucial for aligning goals and visions in the constant development and evolution of Flame. My personal mission is to contribute to strengthening the coherence and efficiency of the system, with the goal of ensuring an exceptional user experience across all digital products of the bank.
